TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tickets are transferable but not refundable.
This means you may transfer your ticket to another person, but you may not transfer your ticket to another event.

Trying to use the same ticket multiple times at an event will not be accepted, and may result in a lifetime ban from attending our events at the organisers' discretion.

In exceptional circumstances, we may allow a ticket to be transferred to another event at our discretion - however our decision is final, and no appeals will be accepted once a decision has been made by the organisers.

You must be reponsible for children in your care (16 years or under)at all times. If you , or your children are judged to be a risk to yourself, others or the venue, you will be asked to leave.

Neon Sun management reserves the right to eject any guest from the venue without refund, at any point.

Anyone acting agressively or innappropriately may be asked to leave the venue, regardless of fault.

If you do not comply with instructions issued by an organiser, bar staff , the technical team or security, you may be asked to leave the event.

Anyone using or selling controlled substances at an event will be removed from the event and the police will be notified immediately.

We may pass on your name, telephone number and address to the police from our records should we be required to.
